Karate

Our and adult karate classes follow the same curriculum. Our kids class hosts the 6yr to 12yr kids and the adult class houses the 13 and up group.

The curriculum we follow is from American Karate with some Shotokan and Go Gyu Ryu mixed in. With 2 classes a week, we have the time to focus on our Techniques, point sparring, as well as the base of it all, Traditional Kata. Kids and adults alike must put these things to the test to be able to advance to their next rank
